Shipping & Delivery with The Storage Bay
Carriage is free to UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands) for all orders valued at £300 and over for delivery to a commercial address.
A £20 (Excl. VAT) minimum carriage charge applies to orders under £300.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & Island's or to request a shipping quote for deliveries to locations outside of the UK, please Contact Us.
In the main we use external couriers so delivery is to curb side.
Palletised deliveries where goods exceed 2.1m in size will require an FLT or abled body people on site to offload due to width restriction with tail lift vehicles.
Returns
Please Contact Us before making any returns, and we reserve the right to charge a 15% handling fee on top of any collection charges incurred.
